I am sending this little interview off to many vegan businesses around the world. It's a standard questionnaire, so if some questions don't apply to you, just leave them blank.

Do you have a retail storefront or online sales only, or both?
What is your company name and information, website, location/s, and contact details?
Are you a store, restaurant, etc. - what kind of establishment are you?
Give a brief description of the kind of vegan products you offer?
Does your company sell only vegan products?
Do your products just so happen to be vegan or is it intentional?
Do any of your products contain bee products?
Do any of your products contain palm oil or palm products from areas of the world where forests are devastated for palm plantations while displacing the orangutan and other wildlife?
If you're a U.S. company, do your products contain white refined sugar that might have been processed through bone char?
What is your companies's position on "not testing on animals" - do you ensure that none of the ingredients in your products were tested on animals - or is that not applicable to your products?
Are you vegan certified and if so, by who?
Does your product labels say vegan on the label or have a certified-vegan stamp?
Who is the owner/CEO of your company?
Is your company owned/operated by vegan staff?
What was the inspiration behind starting this company?
How long has your company been in business?
What are some interesting things about your company and/or the owners/workers?
Is it clearly stated on your website that your company's products are vegan or is it not promoted as such, but they are indeed vegan?
If you would like to include a photo or two that you would want with your profile, please attach or send the online url.
